• How long does it take to receive Merchandise?

  • Novus merchandise takes about 4 - 6 weeks to receive after the store closes​

  • CLE Graphics merchandise takes about 3 weeks to receive after the store closes

• Do these ship from different locations?

  • Yes they do, two entirely different organizations however BOTH are giving back to your Cleveland Kong organization​

  • Unfortunately we are NOT able to combine shipping

• Do you accept returns?​

  • For the most part no as these are all custom orders​

  • Extenuating circumstances can be reviewed on a case by case basis

• Is there any further customization such as names or numbers?

  • No there is not, some of this is sublimated which means the ink is dyed into the fabric​

  • There ARE local embroidery shops that both Cleveland Kong and CLE Graphics can recommend for further customization of your fan merchandise.

• Will the store reopen after this first ordering date?​

  • Yes there will be HOWEVER the products will align with seasons, if there is something you see NOW you may want to grab it as they may not be available on the next "run"​

• How come not all merchandise is ALWAYS available?​

  • Some of the merchandise (typically gear that requires embroidery) have purchase minimums (Novus Paneled Hoodie for example), thus may only be available at select time of year​

  • If you are wondering where your purchase can be "best used", the paneled hoodie is a good option. There is a minimum required purchase on these

• Do you have any coupon codes for discounts?​

  • No we do not (sorry), but know that when you spend your hard earned money an athlete doesn't have to sleep on a hotel room floor during competition weekends (if they choose to do that on their own time, we don't judge)​
